The journey starts in Papua New Guinea where Grade A organic vanilla beans make their way to NJ to meet up with organic cinnamon chips from Indonesia. Careful preparation and craftsmanship gives Volstead Vanilla its delightfully delicate flavor.  Nothing artificial is ever added to our honey.  Great with salads, ice cream, cheese, coffee, tea, yogurt, smoothies, cocktails...actually anything!
